• Claims have to be sent to

• You have to recall your customer identifiant in all correspondence.
• Please send a photo for any claim regarding a damaged book.
• The mailing costs will be charged to the customer if more than two books are replaced in a year.
• The delay to transmit claims is limited to one year.

Order cancellation

• An order already payed cannot be canceled and won't be repaid.
